Bud and Jane Thomsen

Bud and Jane Thomsen are native to rural southeast Nebraska and both hold degrees from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln—Jane from the Teacher’s College in Business Education, and Bud from the Engineering College in Construction Engineering. Following extensive experience with various construction projects across the United States and internationally, they established permanent residence in Millard.

In 2005, Bud transitioned from corporate roles to pursue a full-time career in residential real estate. Jane joined the business in 2017. Bud holds several professional designations, including Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Senior Housing Professional, Broker Price Opinion Realtor, and Certified Probate Specialist.

Bud and Jane have built their practice around providing specialized services to attorneys, trustees, and personal representatives of estates. Their primary focus is delivering tailored solutions that ensure seamless and efficient management and disposition of estate properties.
